The Mandalorian spinoff The Book of Boba Fett is due to hit Disney Plus this December. Temuera Morrison sensationally returned to the role of Boba Fett in season 2 of The Mandalorian and will now be reprising the role once again as the galaxy’s most famous bounty hunter. Ahead of the release of the Star Wars series we thought it would be a good idea to take a look at some of the best Boba Fett cosplays made by fans around the world.
Boba Fett Cosplay – The Original
This screen accurate Boba Fett costume is based on the character from the original trilogy. Leftcoastavenger on Instagram made this cosplay himself and he really nailed the battle-damaged look of the armor. The sand-filled background is giving off some serious Tatooine vibes.
We asked Leftcoastavenger about the cosplay and here is what he had to say:

The New Armor
When Boba Fett returned in The Mandalorian season 2 he decided to update his look slightly. The helmet and armor were given a fresh new paint job and the color of his robes were also given a new look going from white to black.
Crazycocoabuttercosplay on Instagram made the cosplay himself and he’s done a fantastic job capturing the character’s new look. In particular, the shades of red and green used to complete this cosplay are perfect. Unfortunately though, it doesn’t really shoot missiles from the wearer’s wrist.
We asked the Crazycocoabuttercosplay about the suit and this is what he had to say:
This was my first ever armor build and it took me almost a year to assemble, paint and weather. But worth it in the end.

Boba Fett Female Cosplay
The final cosplay on this list is a gender-swapped version of the character. Snarkyjaycosplay on Instagram does the character some serious justice in this female Boba Fett cosplay. She has also gone for the new (and improved?) Version of the character with the updated dark robes underneath.
My favorite thing about this cosplay is probably the attention to detail that Snarkyjaycosplay has given to the scars on Boba Fett’s face. It’s a tiny detail that could have been overlooked but wasn’t.
