Venom and Spider-man

Tom Hardy fuels Spider-man rumors with ANOTHER deleted Instagram post

Venom: Let there be Carnage is an action-packed ride full of laughs and fast paced CGI fight sequences. However, after the leaving the movie theater there is only one thing that everyone seems to be talking about. That post credit scene. If you haven’t seen Venom: Let there be Carnage yet turn back now because there are spoilers ahead.

Venom in Spider-man No Way Home?

Since Spider-man appeared in the post credit scene of the Venom sequel fans have been speculating about whether we could see Eddie Brock and his Symbiote buddy appear in Spider-man No Way Home. Based on his recent Instagram activity Tom Hardy has done nothing to downplay those rumors. If anything, he’s just added more fuel to the speculation fire.

Tom Hardy Deleted Instagram Post

The image above was posted to Tom Hardy’s official Instagram account. It shows Venom trying to eat Spider-man and Spider-man’s Spider-sense going crazy. The image had almost 100,000 likes before it was suspiciously deleted.

The image could just be a nod to the Venom post credit scene now that the movie has been released worldwide and the spoiler ban has lifted. But the fact that the image was deleted raises more questions than answers on whether Venom could really appear in Spider-man No Way Home. With Venom now confirmed to be in the same Universe as Tom Holland’s Spider-man it is certainly not out of the realms of possibility.

What do you think? Is it just a simple post or is there more to be read into this? Spider-man No Way Home hits theaters on December 17th 2021 so we’re going to find out soon either way. As always, thanks for reading.
