The Star Wars franchise is continuing to expand at a rapid rate and shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Gone are the days when fans were satisfied with a trilogy of movies released over a few years. Fans expectations are higher now, much higher.
Since the arrival of Disney Plus, the new normal is three series per year, every year. Each project building out the story from a galaxy far far away further and further. And with each new project comes more characters for fans to get to know. That makes the focus of this article a little more complex. Who is the strongest Jedi?
The Strongest Jedi Of All
Jedi Master Yoda is the strongest Jedi. The iconic Star Wars character is an expert in the use of The Force as well as being incredibly skilled with a lightsaber in combat. His wisdom and tactical knowledge also add to his list of impressive attributes.
In the prequels, Yoda is the leader of the Jedi Council and had a direct role in the training of most well known Jedi. A feat he was able to achieve due to his long life span as he lived to be 900 years old. In fact the only thing that managed to beat Yoda in the end was old age.
Luke Skywalker is a close second
While Yoda is the most powerful Jedi, it’s important to mention that Yoda’s apprentice Luke Skywalker is a close second. As the son of Anakin Skywalker, aka Darth Vader, Luke is incredibly strong with The Force, good with a lightsaber and is an amazing pilot when in his X-Wing.
While Luke played an important part in defeating the Empire, his relationship with Vader is likely what saved him from going the way of many Jedi before him who came up against the Sith Lord. We’re just saying maybe Anakin wasn’t trying 100%.
